Progressive Benefits Solutions (PBS) is a technology based company that specializes in the administration of IRS Pre-tax Benefit Plans and Consumer Directed Health Plan (CDHP) administration. Specifically, PBS administers Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Dependent Care Accounts (DCA) Health Reimbursement Accounts (HRA), Health Saving Account (HSA) and Qualified Transportation Account (QTA) programs.

The PBS solution offers a pre-paid healthcare debit card which is integrated to PBS’s administrative systems for optimum efficiency. This feature provides an extremely flexible MasterCard™ debit card electronic swipe functionality, which supports the various IRS-pre-tax plan alternatives in a convenient and cost effective manner for the employer and its employee participants, as part of our standard fee arrangement. And, in most cases the PBS Fees are less than the tax savings opportunities to the sponsoring employer.

PBS brings the full functionality of the technology to individual clients and card holder participants. It is through the PBS packaging that the use of a pre-paid benefits card approach is made available and optimized for the end-client consumer directed market. The PBS optimization is especially evident to both the sponsoring organization and consumer, who are respectively afforded the ability to manage multiple pre-tax purses through the single PBS website.
